Kevin, is a hard-working family man, loyal husband, and a devoted father of three. Traits that he carries over into all aspects of his life. Before becoming a Realtor, Kevin graduated with degrees in Culinary Arts and Teacher Education. “As a teacher, my heart has always been to serve.” With 20 years in the restaurant industry and 18 years in education he has learned to always be prepared, flexible, creative on the fly and customer focused. Qualities that are so important in the real estate world and set him apart from the others.

Kevin, along with his wife Janelle (another Gasperic Group member) moved their family to the Greater Charleston area in 2020 after successful careers in upstate New York. “The growth around here is booming, and I love that our family can have access to great schools, beautiful scenery, close beaches, and a sense of community. I’m honored to be able to help people find and sell their homes around here.”
